									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, I run dsmecu.com.  We still do eprom tuning and don&#8217;t use a burner/chips.  Moates.net makes an eprom emulator that basically turns the oem 1g ecu into a &#8220;stand alone&#8221; that you can control in real time.  I think DSMLink came along with this feature years after others had been using it and called it &#8220;direct access tables&#8221;.</p>
