What? If I am remembering correctly guthix killed Skargoroth and blinded Tuska. But honest, the capacity of Tuska was squandered. I seem to remember that RuneScape gold Saradomin fled from Tuska eons ago when he first approached Guthix’s entire world, so at least it should have been a team effort to shoot down Tuska.The power of Skargaroth was drawn through the sword, an elder artefact from the way, also gave Guthix some of his stride 2 God Power. I would also imagine seriously wounding Tuska in certain manner helped give some power, since this sword seemed to act just like the siphon. Also, Saradomin after putting his hands on the crown isn’t gonna take care of Tuska unless an elder artefact is involved, which is curious… as that swordy’understand.
Interesting part on Tuska’s energy being transferred to Guthix, where’d you know about that? Guthix then stabs out the other eye of Tuska, then uses the sword to kill Skargoroth, siphoning his power. There’s nothing on the Wiki about any of the Elder artefacts being able to siphon or transfer power without killing the origin, atleast in mortal hands.
Saradomin is a fascinating case because he had the Crown when he travelled to Guthix’s entire world and originally he didn’t care about Tuska. He wanted the Naragi to worship him as a youthful god and when they refused, he did not expect it and started the Naragi wars. He had been regretting his reaction when Tuska attacked and attempted to fight her off to the Naragi, but fled when he could not.
The fact that Skargoroth couldn’t kill Tuska with a elder artefact is evidence enough that she is a fairly strong god, but it’s also hard to judge because the lore was thrown out of the window with the world occasion. Apparently Skargoroth, Tuska, Armadyl, Saradomin and Zamorak (although not Bandos until after the Chosen Commander quest) were on the Exact Same Tier prior to the 6th Age, however, Skargoroth was unable to kill Tuska despite wielding an Elder Artefact. Vorago ends up nuking her from orbit (was not around for the event, did not understand the details) while the other gods didn’t really contribute? Pretty dumb. In the minimum, they might have had the gods provide some help to RuneScape 2007 gold Vorago, who’s yet another personality with rather shitty lore.
