Jagex hasn’t maintained their user-friendly policy to date for too long, according to me. Jagex will have to change their policy in order to allow the community on which it is built on to evolve. Thus the need for a new policy is required. To be effective, a policy (or filter or filter, as I prefer to refer to it) must be dynamic. If the amount of feedback is increasing, Jagex needs to filter out more feedback in order to only use the feedback that is useful. Jagex is not equipped with this capability.
This is how Jagex (according me) should have dealt the Ice Strykewyrms issue. Personally, I still wonder why they have the rants forum, recent updates, feedback, etc. and so on. There are way too many subjects to choose from (often filled with rubbish), for them all to buy RuneScape gold read. They should shut down the rants forums. The next thing they have to do is announce that they will not make use of any feedback that is submitted to the Recent Updates forum. That forum should be for discussion only. Players can provide feedback by posting recent updates in the Feedback forum.
